Staff were happy to help, and we loved the hotel.
Absolutely brilliant room with very big bed, decent location. Professionalism from the whole staff. Unbelievable view of ocean. Location close enough to San Francisco, the market and Union Square. Very good check-in & very efficient service. The stay at this professional hotel was a magnificent one.
Truly exceptional place with thorough staff and excellent wi-fi. Room was terrific and delightful with a luxurious bathroom. The staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. The accommodation had a residential location. Apart from that, A 210-Foot Tower was 15 minutes' drive away. Service was very very efficient throughout our stay. Gorgeous garden outside.
I appreciated free breakfast, hotel's practical location.
Themed room and top-notch service. Decent view, a cosy balcony, fine bed, too. They made my stay very positive. It had well-maintained swimming pool too. The best public beach I've seen before. Also, ferry building market was located in the area of the hotel.
