We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The luxury king room exceeded our expectations with its comfortable bed, duvet, and pillows. The spacious and elegant bathroom was a wonderful touch. The window seat provided a perfect spot to enjoy the vibrant city. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the Farmers Market at the Ferry Building, the cable car, and the opportunity to explore places like Sausalito. The gym facilities on the 4th floor were excellent, and we appreciated the added convenience of the Nespresso machine in our room.

During my four-night stay at this hotel in my town, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The hotel also offered convenient parking options, making it easy for me to come and go as needed. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was right outside my doorstep, allowing me to easily access transportation and explore the vibrant atmosphere of this city. The staff at the hotel exceeded my expectations, providing exceptional service and attention to detail. They made my stay truly memorable, especially when they learned that I was celebrating my anniversary. Their efforts made me feel appreciated and ensured that I will continue to choose this hotel for future special occasions.
Everything was spot on.
The hotel staff were amazing, from the helpful concierge to the attentive housekeeping and room service. The view from my room was great, and the newly renovated decor added to the calming and luxurious atmosphere. The central location made it easy to explore the city, with the cable car and the Ferry Building just a short walk away. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and served quickly.

We loved the spacious rooms and tasteful furnishings in easy on the eye colors. The location near Union Square and Chinatown was superb, allowing us to easily explore the city. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff provided excellent service. Transportation options were conveniently available, including the nearby cable car and ferry terminal. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and superb, offering a delightful start to our days.
