We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of lounges and a clean pool. The location was perfect, being close to Union Square and public transportation. It was easy to get to from the airport and there were plenty of eateries and shops in the area. The room was small, but this was not a problem and it was very quiet on the fourth floor. The hotel facilities, including the fridge and coffee maker, were also convenient.
