We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely apologetic about the initial room mix-up and went above and beyond to make it right. They upgraded us to a higher floor with a stunning city view and provided free Wi-Fi and breakfast throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Union Square for great shopping and close to Powell Street for breakfast or dinner at numerous cafes. We also loved being able to explore the city and capture the best local favorite views for painting.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all major tourist attractions in this city. Additionally, being very close to Union Square and lots of restaurants, as well as the Bart station, made it convenient to explore the area. The on-site restaurant was open and provided a delicious breakfast. my experience at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is great, with easy access to Union Square activities and shopping. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and stylish. The staff was very helpful, and they even upgraded us to a skyline view room for my son's birthday. The $25 daily spend was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed using it at the nearby Herb and Kitchen. We have stayed at other Hilton hotels in different cities, and this one certainly lived up to our expectations.

I loved the location of this hotel - just 2 minutes away from the Powell station and within walking distance of Union Square. It was so convenient to take the BART train from the airport and reach the hotel in just 30 minutes. Plus, there were rent-a-car companies right in front of the hotel. The nearby restaurants and shopping options were a bonus too.
