We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the spaciousness of the room, especially for a city hotel. The hotel facilities were great, including the pool and spa tub, which we found very enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The location of the hotel was also excellent, being in a safe area and close to transportation options.

The service was fabulous, with staff willing to go above and beyond for us. Theresa, the concierge, was extremely nice and professional. She helped us find a nice place for New Year's dinner when the hotel restaurant was full. The rooms were beautiful, well-appointed, and had nice views. We requested a room on a higher floor, and the hotel honored our request. The hotel is in a good location in the city center. The room and bathroom were modern, tasteful, clean, and quiet. Nothing to mention.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing, with a comfy bed and great shower. The rooftop was a wonderful place to start the day with a delicious breakfast and end the night with a glass of wine next to the fire. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the main shopping streets and attractions like the cable car line and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and fitness facility. It was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring this beautiful city. The location was perfect, just next to Powell Station, making it incredibly convenient to access public transportation. I could easily explore all the major attractions, from Fisherman's Wharf to Ocean Beach, without needing a car. Plus, the hotel was situated in a safe neighborhood, making it comfortable for me to walk around in the evening. The breakfast offered in the restaurant was superb, with a wide selection of delicious options. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring that my stay was memorable.
