In a good location for Union Square & close to Powell street BART station when arriving from the airport. Within walking distance to many major attractions. Very near the shops. Friendly and helpful staff
Everything was fantastic.
The hotel's location is ideal, as it is right in the midst of everything. It is close to restaurants, entertainment, and public transportation, including the nearby BART station. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing it is perfect.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Union Square and close to Muni and BART stations. Additionally, there were great dining options nearby, such as Dottie's True Blue Cafe featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a bar/restaurant right next door and a conveniently located parking structure across the street. The staff at the front desk was amazing, providing a warm welcome with complimentary waters and goodie bags. I also appreciated the coffee station in the lobby and the water refill station.
Everything is what I need and want.
Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and neat. Location on foot at a leisurely meander to many major attractions: We were able to easily walk to many popular sights. Close to Powell street BART station: Convenient for using public transportation. Close to the center of this city: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore.
