I had an amazing stay here! The front desk and concierge were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the start. I was even upgraded to a fantastic and spacious suite with two flat screens and plenty of seating. It was perfect for getting ready with friends before heading out for the night. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to everything, including Union Square and the Ferry building. Plus, the views of the Bay from my room were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. this hotel offered great value, with friendly staff and fantastic facilities.
Almost perfect, but I hope there are more offers for the rooms.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing contemporary design. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the city scape and the Bay. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the waterfront, China Town, and Union Square. We also appreciated the polite and friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-furnished and spacious rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a large TV and a decent gym. The secure underground pre-booked parking made it convenient for us to explore the city. The location was perfect for us as it allowed easy access to many desirable attractions, such as the Tadich Grill, the Embarcadero for shopping, and even wine tours. The outstanding customer service we received from the staff was truly exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. We couldn't have asked for more.
