We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met. The hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance to Union Square, Caltrain station, and Market Street. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained and the transportation options nearby made it easy for us to explore this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was clean, secure, and modern, and attracted a diverse clientele. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff, from reception to departure, were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great central location, just around the corner from Union Square, China Town, and the Powell/Market cable car turnaround. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view towards Union Square and City Hall. The bar on the 39th floor was a highlight, offering an all-around view of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room and bed were lovely, clean, and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. The location was great, close to everything in the downtown area. We loved that it was very close to a BART station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice spacious room for the three of us. The workout facility had great machines, and we enjoyed watching Netflix on the TV. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

We were also impressed with the hotel facilities, including the well-stocked market in the lobby and the fantastic view from the bar/restaurant on the 39th floor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our requests were promptly fulfilled. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything in the downtown area and with good access to public transportation. We especially loved the holiday music and the festive atmosphere during our stay.
