I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was in close proximity to Union Square and conveniently located near the rental car pickup and drop-off. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, giving off a modern vibe. The staff were exceptional and very helpful, even arranging an appointment for me at a local urgent care when I had a terrible headache. We loved the flavored spa water that was available for guests, and the location of the hotel was perfect. It was centrally located, allowing us to easily walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions like Union Square. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
